Tender
Care, Inc. Care Givers bring kindness and gentle
understanding to their assignments. They perform
their duties with integrity and dependability and help
our clients effectively cope with the problems of
illness, aging, or infirmity.
Tender
Care, Inc. Care Givers provide nursing, respite care,
personal support and companion/sitter for those with
long and short-term disabilities, dementia, surgery,
strokes, or other serious illnesses. They are
there to help when diminished eyesight or hearing
loss occurs. All of us want to be independent
and remain in our own homes, but sometimes these
medical, functional, or mental problems make it
impossible to do so without assistance with the
routine daily tasks. Tender Care, Inc., Care
Givers help with daily activities such as bathing,
grooming, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
They are available for transportation to doctor
appointments, shopping and errands. They provide
observation with an eye to safety and are good
company. A Care Giver becomes a friend.

Each caregiver has:

Care, Inc. Personal Care Aides are certified by the
State of Georgia and provide personal care services to
assist you with the everyday tasks of living at
home. All Tender Care Aides are carefully
screened and selected for their honesty,
dependability, willingness and ability to provide
tender, compassionate care. At Tender Care, Inc.,
we believe care giving must be a vocation and not just
a job. Tender Care, Inc. aides can assist you at
home while you are recuperating from surgery, illness
or if you just need a little help.
COMPANIONS/SITTERS
Tender
Care provides quality companions/sitters to assist in
the day-to-day activities required to maintain your
home. We perform light housekeeping tasks,
grocery shopping, errands, assist in arranging
appointments and transportation, and act as a
traveling companion. Our sitters can provide
services in your home, at the hospital or nursing
home, personal care home, and provide general services
you may require to assist in your recuperation from
surgery or illness, or if you just need a little help
at home.
RESPITE
CARE
Our
Care Givers provide respite care for those who face the
24-hour day-to-day responsibility of caring for an
elderly or ill family member. Our services are a
great relief to all family members and often provide
the individual in need with a welcome alternative to a
nursing home or a supervised retirement
community. Respite of relief care can be
scheduled to meet the family's specific needs.
SKILLED
NURSING SERVICES
If
your doctor orders nursing services, Tender Care, Inc.
has experienced registered nurses and licensed
practical nurses available to provide the quality
nursing care your require.
STAFFING
SERVICE
Provides
quality dependable staff of RN's, LPN's and CNA's to
home health/home care agencies, hospice agencies,
personal care homes, nursing homes and
hospitals. These agencies can trust Tender Care
Staffers to deliver quality and compassionate care to
patients and their families. All Staffers are
carefully screened, drug tested, and have a national
criminal check before working in any area.
DAY
OR NIGHT
Tender
Care Advantage operates 24 hours a day, seven days a
week, to assist patients with any question or problems
they may have in order to insure the continuity of
care delivered in the home.
COST
EFFECTIVE
With
the advent of managed care, most payer sources are
aiming towards providing care in the home as often as
possible. Home infusion services have proven a
less expensive alternative to hospitalization.
